This bar from ethical British chocolatiers Seed & Bean is made with velvety dark chocolate, flecked with crunchy caramel pieces and sea salt.
Seed & Bean source single-origin, fairly traded cocoa from the Dominican Republic. Their dark chocolate is made with 58% cocoa, for an intense flavour. The rich chocolate is balanced with sweet, buttery caramel, subtle hints of toastiness, and savoury sea salt. It’s a properly grown-up treat.
The bar is even wrapped in compostable packaging, for a totally ethical indulgence.
