Bath Soft Cheese Made by The Bath Soft Cheese Company at Park Farm, Kelston

£5.65 / 250g

Here for one month only!

We included Bath soft cheese in our recent cheese box – and it proved so popular, we’re offering it on its own for more people to try. The batch is small, and when it’s gone, it’s gone!

This special soft cheese is reminiscent of a good brie: with a creamy texture, and rich, mushroomy flavour, with hints of lemon. The Padfield family make the cheese by hand to the traditional 19th Century recipe (of which Admiral Lord Nelson was a fan), just 50 yards from where they milk their happy organic cows.

Made by The Bath Soft Cheese Company, Park Farm, Kelston

The Padfield family have been rearing dairy cows at Park Farm, Kelston near Bath for four generations. In 1990, Graham Padfield decided to start making cheeses again using their fresh organic milk – and was able to do so in the very same buildings where his grandmother made her Cheddar nearly 80 years before.
