Organic salted butter from Brue Valley Farms in Somerset. This grass-fed butter is naturally sweet tasting, made with fresh cow’s milk cream and a pinch of sea salt. The Clapp family at Brue Valley churn their butter in individual batches, for a superbly rich quality.

Storage

Keep in the fridge and use by the date on the label. Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze and keep refrigerated.

Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool box in a shady spot works well.
