A group of organic farmers in Aberdeenshire came together to produce ÒR-ganic – the UK’s only organic rapeseed oil. It’s cold-pressed as close as possible to the golden fields in which the crop is grown, preserving all its natural flavour and goodness.
The result is a healthy oil with a really grassy aroma – ‘a proper scent of summer fields’, according to Great Taste Award judges!
The mouthfeel is smooth and rich, while the flavour is nutty and buttery. A great dressing for fresh salads, or a versatile cooking oil for all sorts of dishes.
