About
Chilli jam, made with surplus organic chillies from our farm in Hampshire, which would otherwise to go to waste. This is a much better use for them!
The thick set, spreadable jam is glowing red, with a sharp, fruity flavour and a medium chilli heat. Pair it with a cheeseboard or festive leftovers – every spoonful will give your plate a vibrant kick of spice, warming you up in the depths of winter.
