Kefir is a fermented milk drink, long revered in Russia and Eastern Europe. It’s refreshing, zesty and tangy, with fantastic health benefits thanks to its live cultures.

This lusciously thick, silky smooth, spoonable kefir yoghurt is made on Naomi’s family farm in Somerset with whole milk from her 100% grass-fed Guernsey cows. It’s fermented with kefir cultures, for a satisfying tang.

    Made by Brown Cow Organics, Shepton Mallet, Somerset

    Brown Cow Organics was founded by Judith and Clive Freane of Perridge Farm, Somerset. Today, it’s run by their daughter Naomi. Together with a small team, they look after a herd of 180 beautiful Guernsey cows, tends 400 organic acres on the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills, and produces some seriously good yoghurt.
