About

This raw wildflower honey has a fragrant, sweetly floral taste. The honey comes from bees in the natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor, Alicante, home to an astonishingly rich natural variety of plants. To the bees, it’s a botanical smorgasbord, where blossom is available all year round - and the remote location means we can be certain it’s 100% organic.

If you haven't tried raw honey before, it's honey as it would come straight from the beehive. Most commercial honeys are pasteurised to extend the shelf life; however, for maximum flavour and nutrients, we think it's best enjoyed as nature makes it.

It's quite hard to get hold of organic raw honey. We've only got a small supply, so grab it while you can.

Please note, this honey can naturally crystallise in the jar, turning solid and opaque. This is a natural process that happens to all raw honey, and doesn’t affect the excellent flavour. If this happens, you can return your honey to a more spoonable consistency by scooping what you need into a heatproof container, and sitting it in a pan of warm water to heat gently.
