This fantastically tasty salami is made by expert British charcutiers Rare & Pasture – and they tell us it’s their chef team’s favourite. Their own organic beef is flavoured with garlic, smoked naturally over beech and applewood. Add seasoning, and a little organic pork fat for a soft, yielding texture, and you’ve got a real treat.

For the richest flavour, Rare & Pasture use English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle, among the oldest native breeds. They are reared in very small herds, roaming and grazing in organic land at Fowlescombe Farm in South Devon.

Please note – because this salami is ready to eat (not raw), it doesn’t get packed in our special chilled meat packaging, and therefore doesn’t count towards our minimum meat spend (£15). You can buy just this and no other meat, if you like.
