Lean back bacon cut from the loin, and wet cured to let the organic Wiltshire pork’s natural sweetness shine. Unbeatable for breakfasts, or nestled between slices of soft, fresh bread for the best bacon sandwich.

Instead of nitrates and nitrites (which have been linked to health concerns), our organic bacon is wet cured in a salt brine, and flavoured with organic fruit and veg extracts. The result is better for you, and full of sweet natural flavour.

Contains a minimum of 6 rashers.

Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.

How to prepare

Sizzle in a pan or under the grill for a few mins on either side, until cooked through and nicely crisp.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
