A tropical twist to one of our favourite kits – granola! Coconut and mixed fruit is combined with the sharpness of sour cherries. Fresh apple dries out when baked, adding chew into the mix. A jar of homemade granola is a joy to behold and the perfect way to break your fast.

Orange zest brings a marmalade-like fragrance, while cinnamon and nutmeg add warmth. Perfect served with fresh milk or yogurt for breakfast, or as a garnish to baked fruit and puddings.

Making your own granola is easy with this kit. We’ll deliver all the organic ingredients, and easy step-by-step instructions. All you need to do is enjoy the cooking!

How to prepare

The cinnamon and nutmeg are completely optional, as they aren’tto everyone’s taste. What can taste warm and comforting to some people can be overpowering and intrusive to others. If you’re unsure, add a little, taste the mix before cooking, and tweak to find your level.
