This week’s recipe is Spiced Squash & Apple Cake – our take on the classic carrot cake, but using our abundant UK-grown squash and apples instead for a properly autumnal feel. It’s a rich cake, with the sweet Butternut and apples combined with walnuts, raisins, and a fragrant hint of spice.

The kit includes all the ingredients you need except dairy, and step-by-step instructions from our farm chefs. The resulting bright, fruity bake serves six people; ideal for sharing with friends or family.
