This week’s recipe is Carrot, Mango, Turmeric & Cashew Smoothie. A journey of orange! Sweet mango and oranges are balanced by earthy carrots and turmeric, while bananas and cashews make it rich and creamy.
Our smoothie kit includes all the ingredients you need, plus simple step-by-step instructions, for a different recipe every week. Makes 4 large glasses.
Every recipe is packed with goodness, including plenty of seasonal fruit and veg. From time to time, we may need to make a swap in your bag to make the most of what’s at its seasonal best.
The recipes all say to add water, but if you want to experiment with using a different liquid, please do! You could try oat milk, or add a dollop of yoghurt for extra creaminess.

Storage
Make within 5 days. The smoothie will keep well in the fridge for a couple of days; just give it a good shake to bring it back together.
