A note from our cook
Sweet and nutty chestnuts make a wonderful addition to this autumnal pasta dish. They’re a real powerhouse of a nut in terms of nutrient value, so we don’t believe they’re just for Christmas! This dish is quick and tasty with warming notes of nutmeg and aromatic sage. You have tenderstem broccoli instead of the pictured greens this week. Tenderstem is one of our very favourite autumn vegetables; it’s infinitely versatile and provides a vibrant flash of green.
