A note from our cook
We’ve taken Greek flavours - herbs, garlic, tomatoes and olives - to make this hearty and flavoursome beef pasta. It’s all topped off with a tangy sheep’s cheese from High Weald dairy in Sussex. Comforting and very tasty.
