Mushroom stroganoff is a classic for good reason: it has a depth of savoury flavour that’s very moreish, packed with paprika, and lifted with top notes of citrus and herbs. This plant-based version has proved so popular with customers that it's become one of our trustiest recipes. Home-grown watercress adds a peppery finish and flash of green.
