Delicata Squash Spaghetti & Lemon Sauce
A note from our cook
Delicata squash is one squash where the skin is thin enough to be eaten. Butternut and patty pan are a couple of others we often use. Here we’re using the squash in two ways; to make a sauce for the pasta and also roasted on top. Both delicious!
