Italian Cannellini Bean & Creamy Pesto Pie
A note from our cook
This veggie pie contains a colourful mix of Mediterranean veg and white beans in a creamy pesto sauce, all topped off with potato and carrot mash. It's a complete meal on its own, or you can bulk it out with a side of your favourite green veg or salad. It freezes really well, too.
This dish is suitable for home freezing. Freeze it in a suitable container, as soon as possible after cooking and cooling. Eat within one month. Defrost in the fridge, and reheat thoroughly before eating.
