A note from our cook
Aloo gobi is a classic Indian potato and cauliflower dish. We’ve adapted it to make an easy traybake, added beans for protein, and finished it with a mint yogurt. This meal is colourful, warming, and very easy to prepare – a real crowd-pleaser!
