Blood orange apéritif

Dubonnet is a sweet French fortified wine apéritif, enhanced with herbs, spices and a bit of quinine. It goes beautifully with gin and blood orange juice in this winter take on a Savoy classic.

  • juice of 1 blood orange
  • crushed ice
  • gin
  • Dubonnet

    In a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice, shake equal parts gin, Dubonnet and blood orange juice. Strain into a glass.
