Clementine whiskey

This easy to make clementine whiskey is the key tipple in our Clementine Manhattan cocktail recipe, so be sure to give it a go. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed as it is over the rocks.

Ingredients

  • 7-8 clementines
  • 750ml whiskey

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel the clementines, removing as much of the white pith as you can. Add them to a large, clean litre size jar.

  • Step 2

    Pour in the whiskey and leave in a cool, dry place for upwards of two weeks.

  • Step 3

    Strain and bottle. Enjoy in our Clementine Manhattan recipe, or as it is over ice.
