Belton Farm mature cheddar Made by Belton Farm at Whitchurch, Shropshire

£3.65 / 200g

About

Rich, full-bodied organic farmhouse cheddar made with fresh milk from local, pasture-fed cows, cut and turned by hand, and aged on the farm.

Firm and smooth to bite, then melting in the mouth – this is cheddar as it should be, matured to reveal the depths of its sweet, nutty flavour. Set its richness off perfectly with slices of crisp apple, or a dollop of chutney.

Made by Belton Farm, Whitchurch, Shropshire

For three generations, the Beckett family of Belton Farm have championed farming and cheesemaking traditions in the heart of Shropshire. They only use the very best, locally sourced ingredients – including grass-fed milk from a dedicated group of local dairy farmers, who pride themselves on the health and welfare of their cows.
